“When you reach out and touch a life, you actually become, if only for the briefest of moments, a part of that life. In that moment, you can make a difference.”
– Dr William Hablitzel
I believe that my purpose in life is simply to do this….to reach out, touch a life and in that moment make a difference. Often this can mean working with clients to make the simplest and smallest changes to unlock the power of possibility.
A qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist, I work with adults of all ages. I have experience in anxiety and depression, grief and loss, domestic violence, mental illness, women’s health, family and relationship issues and trauma.
Before training as a Psychotherapist, I worked in corporate human resources, recruitment and executive coaching for over 10 years and believe this experience is invaluable in helping individuals, couples and families heal and grow.
In addition to my private clinic, I provide pro-bono counselling and psychotherapy services to the Mental Health Association of NSW and I am on the Board of the Stepping Out Housing Programme (SOHP).
